400 giveaway!!!

Hi! This is my first points give away. I'm going to start with only four hundred points as the prize. There is only one winner in this event. Also, I will be using a random number generator to choose the winner. Each person will be assigned a number that comments on this journal with the right requirements linked. After September 15th, the winner will be announced.
